PoligonSoft FREE – Free Casting Simulation Software

PoligonSoft FREE is a free solution designed to simulate the solidification of molten metal inside the mold and predict shrinkage defects in cast parts.

The software is fully intended for local use. It does not require an internet connection, does not send any data to external servers, and can be used entirely offline. This ensures that all your information remains private and secure.

PoligonSoft FREE uses the same calculation algorithms as the commercial version, providing reliable and consistent results. The only technical limitation is that simulations with meshes exceeding 500,000 polygons are not supported. Additionally, the mold filling and stress calculation modules are not available in this free version.
